摘 要:文中基于案例分析,以武汉市“家事易”农产品电子商务公司生鲜电商营销与盈利模式分析为切入点,研究其在不确定环境下的运用与市场健康发展的相关性;批判性审视传统“‘购’‘转’‘馈’单向营销与盈利模式”,扬弃性传承先锋电商“3(三网功能)3(三无方式)3(三保质量)1(一站式服务)生鲜电营模式”,改良并创新性建构能促进生鲜电商可持续性发展的“312plus双营/盈模式”。

The Case Analysis of Justeasy of Wuhan and the 312 Plus Model Construction of in the Uncertain Environment

Abstract:The thesis based on the investigation and analysis of the “Justeasy case thinks the entry point of fresh food e-business marketing and the profit model ,further researches on the relevance between their use in the uncertain environment and healthy market development , critically surveys the traditional model and inherits “3331model” of the pioneer e-business , improves and re-constructs “312 plus win-win model”.
