摘要: 基于协同创新理论视角,运用演化博弈理论,从市场机制和政府调控两个角度构建了制造企业和物流企业合作联盟协同创新的演化博弈模型,并对企业策略选择进行了稳定性分析,接着运用Matlab软件仿真分析了市场机制和政府调控下不同参数对企业协同创新决策的影响。研究表明:市场机制下只有当企业协同创新收益高于“搭便车”收益和投入之和时,联盟才能达到协同创新的稳定状态,政府实施惩罚和补贴政策会促进协同创新联盟的形成;利益分配比例、投入成本系数、知识转移效率均对企业策略选择产生影响。

An Evolutionary Game Simulation on Collaborative Innovation between Manufacturers and Logistics Enterprise

Abstract: The paper establishes an evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation between manufactures and logistics enterprise under market mechanism and government regulation based on evolutionary game theory, and analyzes stable strategies. And then the paper simulates the influence on collaborative innovation decision with different parameters using Matlab software under the market mechanism and government regulation. The study shows that the alliance can achieve stable state of collaborative innovation only when the profit of collaborative innovation is higher than the sum of opportunistic gain and costs, and the government penalties and subsidies will promote the formation of collaborative innovation alliance, andprofit distribution ratio, cost coefficient and knowledge transfer efficiency all can influence corporate strategy. The study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the collaborative innovation development of the two industries.

引言
制造业和物流业存在着互为生产要素、互为服务对象的关系,任何一方的发展滞后,必将给另一方带来发展瓶颈。随着“互联网+”进入新的发展阶段,制造业与物流业的联动发展需要创新支撑,其产业特点决定了协同创新是双方实现共赢的主要手段[1]。然而,现阶段我国制造业与物流业之间还未形成良好的、较高层次的联动水平,制造业发展所面临的物流瓶颈问题仍然亟待寻找更好的突破口。因此,制造业与物流业协同创新,不仅可以加深二者之间的合作,提升联动水平,而且可以打破物流瓶颈,提升物流服务水平,促进制造业产业升级,对深化供给侧改革具有重要的意义。
